Enkitoria Foundation.
The story of Enkitoria Foundation came to Madam Florentina Kazawadi, who is also the founder of Dominion Pre & Primary School in June 2023. Her desire was to reach out to kids who are less privileged from vulnerable surroundings, from communities where Education is a challenge and from difficult environments. She observed that all the attention was drawn to help the girl child or female gender and thus the founder thought it prudent to focus on helping the boy child, male gender. Thus she desired to emphasis and improve on the role played by the boy child, who have been forgotten and left behind in development while they are meant to be future fathers, leaders and role models in society. The idea is to promote positive masculinity .
The founder realized that when the boy child is not empowered:-
1. They grow being timid.
2. They have lower self esteem
3. And low enrollment in school and or high school drop out.
With this in mind, the founder came up with a vision and Mission which is Enkitoria Foundation to focus on
A. To enhance rural Education
B. To promote healthcare and sanitation
C. To alleviate rural poverty and food insecurity.
D. To empower the boy child.
E. To promote moral values in youth.

Founder of Dominion Pre & Primary School based at Muriet, Arusha town – Tanzania. She is passionate and accomplished Educationist, adept in strategic planning and people management. Spearheaded team development, enhancing collaboration and morale, while managing budgets effectively. Skilled in operations management and project coordination, consistently focusing on organizational growth and staff development.
A seasoned leader with a track record of fostering high-performing teams and driving operational excellence, her approach emphasizes people management and continuous improvement, contributing to increased retention rates and financial stability.

Dr. M.Raza Roshanali is a medical Practitioner for more than 3 decades in various countries, presently based in Arusha, Tanzania.
Working as the Medical Director of three health facilities and doing lots of social medical services.
He is passionate about teaching and interactive learning. Recently done a long list of online courses on various medical topics from mental health to genetics and diabetes to oncology.
